3 quotes needed to take $$$ from deposit?
My tenants fixed several mounts in the walls and when they removed them it has ~12 holes for the screws.
Even though the paint is >3 years old, I can take $$$ from their deposit correct?
Do i have to receive 3 quotes from handymen/painter before I take $$$ from their deposit?
