I want to open a Property management company i need advice
Im looking for advice..Ive had my sells person license for 8 years. looking to open a property management company. My broker is my dad. what do i need to put his information on? Can i set up a pm company under his broker license? I am working on getting my brokers license in the mean time. I have set up a LLC for a PM company, opened up the accounts. I have 4 houses that want to sign up. Can i start managing them?
