The first two that got me into being a landlord were:
-Landlording on Autopilot by Mike Butler
-The Book on Managing Rental Properties by Brandon Turner

Since then, I've found others that were better:
-First-Time Landlord by NOLO
-Every Landlord's Guide to Managing Rental Properties by NOLO
-Professional Property Management by Zenya Allen

What other books are best for the first time landlord or for the seasoned veteran? Why did you like a certain book?
