Need suggestion for company to replace electrical panel in Bay Area

I plan to replace the main electric panel for 6-unit multifamily in Bay Area - Sunnyvale. Need suggestion on an electric company with great service, reputation and a relative scale. It got one quote about Simens around 26.5K. I am looking for a quote for SquareD. Thanks

I am not sure whether Rosendin Electric is good or not?
