Hey everyone—quick question for my fellow investors doing rent-to-own deals:

What qualifications do YOU look for in a rent-to-own tenant-buyer?

• Minimum credit score?

• How much do you typically ask for as an option fee or deposit?

• Do you require proof of income or job stability?

• Any red flags you watch for during the screening process?

I'm putting together my own criteria and would love to compare notes with others who’ve been doing this a while. I’ll share my setup once I finalize it.
