LLCs into Trust Pros and Cons

Hi,

I am considering moving rentals LLCs into Trust by keeping my family members in the trust. Any pros of cons of this approach. Any tax implications by doing this. one of the rental in one LLC still has bank mortgage loan as well. change of ownership to trust causing changes to insurance policies also?
