Navigating My First Rental Property and LLC Setup

Hello! I'm new to long-term rentals and currently renting out my house in Virginia since getting reassigned to Rhode Island. Earlier this year, I started an LLC and I'm now looking into transferring the property title to it. I bought the house back in 2021 with a 2.5% interest rate, and I've built up about $150k in equity. My goal is to tap into that equity while keeping my mortgage rate. I'm trying to figure out what steps to take first, and whether I should handle everything while the property is still in my name, or wait until after I've transferred the title to the LLC. Please help me figure this out, thanks !
