Facebook/Craigslist ads - getting qualified eyeballs and avoid getting ghosted

Hey All,

I've never had a problem with this until recently.  I post ads for vacant units on Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow and Apts.com.  In my market, each source generates qualified leads in about equal amounts.  Lately, I have been having a terrible time keeping my account and/or ads in good standing with CL and FB.  The ads are being maliciously flagged or reported, which results in them being ghosted (CL) or shadow banned (FB).  I then have to wait a week or more to post another ad that can be viewed.  I assume the source of these reports are from unscrupulous competitors or jilted prospects that don't qualify, but that's just a guess.  My ads do not violate terms of service, etc.  And again, this is a new issue.  Anyone ever had an issue with this?  How did you navigate it?  I'm losing exposure to about 50% of the available applicant pool and that's not good for revenue.  Super frustrating.

Thanks in advance.

@Wesley W. I've heard a lot of landlords and property managers talk about this recently. There seems to be wide-spread anti-landlord movements online flagging ads.
