DSCR Loans and Scaling Rental Portfolios

For landlords trying to scale beyond a few properties, DSCR loans can be an interesting tool since approval is based on the property's income, not personal W2s.

Has anyone here used DSCR loans to grow their rental portfolio? Did it help you move faster, or did you run into challenges with lenders?
