Hi Experts!

I really need your help to figure out what kind of action I need to take for my rental property.

it is remodeled inside and great location...I think. can you advise on what to do after review below link? so stressful now.

It would be greatly appreciated if anybody in this area who can advice based on experience.

I think I can give you the answer just from reading the title

Priced too high. If it doesn't rent, it's because the price is too high.
