Non Lease Renewal Questions

Hello. I am looking to not renew a lease in PA. They are month-to-month but their lease states 60 days notice. Besides giving them sufficient notice, is there anything else I should make sure to do?

What is the best way to send notice? Is email and certified mail enough?

Should I require they sign the notice or anything like that?

Any additional info would be great.
