Landlord Policies - Puget Sound

I am curious of who folks in the Puget Sound area are using for landlord policies?  I am currently with Safeco who just ran up my rate by thousand +.  I was previously with Travelers and they kicked me to the curb because I didn't have a "local" property manager, as I self manage.  I would like to use a small mutual, like Mutual of Enumclaw, but they do not provide Landlord polices.  Steadily said, "we don't insure in the Puget Sound area because of being close to water" Seriously... are they worried about hurricanes in the Puget Sound.  Anyway I would love to hear who folks are using and why.  Thank you.

We definitely have flood zones but I've never heard of any insurance declining due to the "proximity to Puget Sound" unless the property is ON the water and can be affected by king tides. I have a 3-unit rental in the Old Town neighborhood of Tacoma. Have you tried First Mark Insurance or Secord Insurance? I ended up switching to USAA this year. I know some others via LinkedIn that I could share if you want to send me a DM. Best of luck, that can be frustrating.
