tenant calls my assistant today, says she's got a rodent problem.....three months after moving in....guess who's gross and leaves garbage everywhere?...I tell her to call an exterminator and clean up the garbage as she is the cause. she starts threatening escrow and wants me to move her into another place.....to which I reply, no, click!......love these people
