Charge for trash removal

My tenant who rented a single family home left multiple cardboard boxes and additional stuff outside the house besides the trash bins. Can I charge for the removal of those with whatever I have to pay for labor as there is nobody else to rip those boxes and throw them away. It was completely left outside the bins in addition to the trash in bin which I already had to drag and keep out last Tuesday for the pick up truck to fetch.

I agree with @Marcia Maynard

Courtesy goes a long way...if they were good tenants who's to say they'll never need a rental home again in the future? Or maybe they know someone who will need a rental home...if you charge them for things like this they may not refer anyone to you, or come back. Just a thought...
