Creative Financing Possible With Agent Listed Property?

Hi BP!

My question is when working with an agent listed property is creative financing still possible? Can you still negotiate seller financing, sub2, etc.? I obviously want to make the deal win-win for the seller, agent, and my team.

Thank you in advance!

Of course... But they want their commission so either the buyer or seller is going to have to pay...I've had sellers pay the commission to make a sale... If your short on cash ask the agent to hold a note for some of their commission... Usually they will if you give them a high interest rate...
