eviction in process, should i enter to inspect?
I have an eviction in process, and am schedule for court on July 15th(tuesday)
I drive by the place to see if tenant is still there(he is).
In indiana and per my lease I can enter at any reasonable time to inspect the home.
Since I haven't been in there for a few weeks. Should i enter the premises for an inspection, to see what I am dealing with before court, or just wait for the court date?
