Homeowner's insurance on a rental house

Do you bundle your rental properties homeowner's insurance with your personal policies?  Do you do one account for each house, or keep "rental properties" with rental properties?  Why or why not?  

I was thinking it would be better to have each house be on its own, to make it easier for my CPA whom I just started working with.  Thanks for your thoughts!
