Hazard Insurance???

I own a duplex, college students. (renters)

Can't find hazard insurance (property has an in-ground pool)

Six tenants , yearly lease...

Just got a quote for hazard (excluding wind) not a good idea in Florida...

Have a stand alone liability policy.

I can't be the first person to run into this issue??? right?
