Suggestions For Christmas Gifts For Tenants Please?

I have seen a few articles on BP about gift giving at Christmas time. I have some great tenants and others maybe not so great. I want to give all of them a "thank you" gift at Christmas time to show my appreciation for their business. I don't want to get carried away. New cars and trips to Italy or out of the question:) What would you do if you want to spend no more than $50 per unit. BTW...some tenants are single and others are families. Thanks to all and everyone have a happy, safe, and prosperous New Year.
