As a Tenant, what attracts you to a house most?

When you walk into a rental home that you are interested in, what attacts you to it the most?  Is it the flooring?  A nice kitchen?  A nice bathroom?  Wall color?

Not sure if it's much different than what a homeowner is looking for in a new home, but I was just wondering.  I have never been a tenant.
