Sure feels good
As I was bringing in the trash cans, I looked in the tenants open window and saw the couple having dinner with their baby. I thought "It feels good knowing I rehabbed this place and provide a clean, safe home for them." Money (rent) aside, it's a good feeling being a landlord.
