Home Warranty?
I own a luxury home in South DFW TX. I am moving in with a friend and renting out my 330k home. I have a property management company already. Today my home warranty people (AHS) called to tell me it's about to expire. It cost in full $790 for a year of coverage. Last year they fixed my pool pump, garage door, and 1 of the 2 A/C units. It seems worth it to me but I ask cause this is the first ever house I've owned.
