Hello Ladies and Gents. I have a couple of questions for landlords. 

1. Do you normally require your tenant to clean and maintain the gutters or do you contribute this to your maintenance expense. 

2. Do you conduct background checks on all listed occupants residing in the home or just specific individuals applying for the lease.
