Hi BP! I have a tenant that is moving out April 30, but their lease expires March 31. I sent a one month extension form to extend the existing lease the extra month they requested. However, they are refusing to sign it!! Anyone familiar with the law in NJ for this case? Are they required to sign or is it automatically month to month? Thanks! Mike
