The idea of making additional income by renting out your car, guest room, extra office space, etc. is growing in popularity. It's part of the Collaborative Economy. Is it time for us landlords to get involved? Do you have any underutilized or idle assets (besides vacancies) that you could deploy?

I'm a collector of ideas  for landlords. I'm not able to implement everything I'm interested in. However, I have a single family rental that sits on a lot zone for three buildings. I'm considering two prefab cottages.
