one good tenant and one bad in Florida

Hello,

I am having a problem with my tenants who are father and step daughter.  The father is quiet and always pays the rent on time.  The daughter is loud, disturbs the other tenants, and brought her friend and her two kids to live in the apartment.  I have had complaints from her neighbor downstairs that she sits outside at 1 AM talking with her friend. Can I evict the daughter and keep the father?  Do I need a lawyer to get her out?  Any advice?
