Obtaining a mortgage with guarantee of tenants
I'm trying to purchase an investment property for my daughter and another student to live in while they are in Vet school I can come up with a down payment, can I use the lease agreement as guarantee of funding? I have a good credit rating, what mortgage company should I go through?
