Convert oil heat to gas heat in rental
I have a rental property in PA that has oil heat. The tenants pay it but it's costing them a fortune. They are also paying $1k/mo and their own electricity/cable. Should I convert before new tenants move in or just continue to rent it out with the oil boiler? Isn't it a big turn off to renters?
Thanks!

I don't know what makes sense for your business. My personal experience is that I just switched from propane gas to natural gas on my own residence this past fall for about $3.5k and It's AMAZING. My heating cost is down about 50% and not worrying about a tank going empty feels so nice. I never have to check a tank or schedule a fill up again! I'll never deal with a property that has tank fed heat again.
