Home Inspection Frequency Requirements

Hello,

Currently dealing with my property manager on an issue regarding a lack of home inspections on the property over the last 2 years.  Issue has come to light over last 3 weeks where I've requested for them to conduct a home inspection with current tenants prior to their lease terminates in July.  Haven't received a response back from them in 3 weeks.

In state of Georgia, are routine property inspections a requirement?

What legal recourse, other than firing them, do I have, if there has been damage to the property and they've failed to perform inspections?
