Looking for Landlords in Seffner, Plant City, & Lakeland FL with vancanies

Good Morning fellow landlords on the East side of Hillsborough county and West of Polk county.  I have bandit signs out for We Buy Houses and it seems the tenant base has either become smarter or more desperate in the area.  I've had a few calls now from people saying "I do not have a house for sale, but wanted to know if you have a place for rent?"  I currently have my properties full, but would love to pass your info along.  PM me with your info if you fit into this criteria.  

To me this is showing the demand for rent in my area.  I need more properties! :)
