My husband and I got involved with Ocwen mortgage about two years ago.  The bottom line with them is that we were really hurt by their practices.  Instead of fighting them, we started to rent a home in which my husband I fell in love with and walked away. Three days ago the owner decided to put the home on the market and we were devastated.  There are two things that I am looking for or need assistance with.  The first of these being that we want to stay in our current rental property as a tenant for now.  The sad thing is we make over six figures due to my husband's seasonal business but because of the past experience with Ocwen, we do not qualify yet to purchase the home.  We would be willing to provide an investor the current owner and information if they would buy the house for investment, not personal residence.  Second, we are looking to short sale our other home so we do not go into foreclosure.  Is there anyone out that that can help?  Please....we are getting desperate at this point.
