remove that hidious carpet in the baasement. looks terrible.

remove that bench next to the furnace too. 

paint basement floor gray

paint basement walls white

paint the upstairs in nice contemprorary color, not creamy color. did you ever paint the house or that's how you bought it?

post a pic of the bathroom

on a different note, i have no idea about the rent - if it's too high or just right.

also, i never post on CL anymore. the quality of tenants on the MLS is 10x better than CL. in fact, no comparison. i'd rather eat a month's rent than deal with this crap.

nice house, nice curb apeal, nice garage. check our my pics, they are identical to your house. mine rent within a week or two (for the most part) after updating them
