Vacant unit standard operating procedure

Does anyone have a Standard Operating Procedure they use when one of your rental units goes vacant? Primarily looking for something that lists the action steps (i.e.-Schedule needed maintenance, take pictures, order lead test, post to Craigslist, etc).

I'm looking for something to work off of to help train an employee and am hunting ideas. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
