Finding Stellar tenants - Advice?

Where do you guys find stellar tenants?

Do you have a special screening process?

I know what some obvious red flags are for bad things, what are the "red flags" of a good tenant?

I put adds on postlets and craigslist. I require 3x the rent in verifiable income, no evictions, no criminal history, and no pending bankruptcies or foreclosures. All of those things can be verified easily with online resources. If you can find a tenant that meets that initial screening, you should be off to a good start.
