Anyone do Section 8 in North Dallas Area? Experiences?

Have a duplex property currently being marketed for rental, and management co is recommending accepting Section 8, but I have no experience with it.  I've read the pros and cons articles, and the experience seems to be quite regional specific.  So anyone doing it in North Dallas area?
