Currently renovating a 5 unit apartment building. The hot water heater is towards the end of its life and it is a 75 gallon gas steel vent hot water heater. The units haven't been fully occupied in years. Is 75 gallon gas hot water heater sufficient enough to sustain 5 one bedroom units?
