I have started out with single family homes and I'm curious to know what the rule of thumb is for a COC return? For a percentage stand point, what is average, what is good, and what is amazing. I have bought a few house that are about 1200sf up and 1200sf down, I paid about $140K, based on this what should my COC be?
You means Return On Investment? Is it a flip or a hold?
I'm sorry I wasn't cleat enough. The price of the house was 140k my cash amount was about 15k the rest was a bank loan. It is a hold.
