Bought First Rental
Hello Bigger Pockets
This is my first post. I'm currently about to close on my first rental property. It's a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo in the SE area of Cedar Rapids. Its in a great location and I'm so excited. I am also nervous. Being a new investor in the area I would like to know if anyone knows where is the best places I can advertise for a tenant.

@Angela Henderson Welcome fellow Cedar Rapidian! You might also consider using a property manager at first while you are still learning. I manage my own now but started with a PM until I got comfortable. Set up some key words like "cedar rapids" so you can see what the other BP members in town are up to.
