Tenant left and abandon a truck? Is it mine?

Hi All,

So I'm having a really bad month tenant wise. In this ones case I have a tenant in a SF home that just called my PM and said "I must leave" and almost everything is gone. She left some trash but the big thing is a box truck left in the back. What the heck do I do with this thing. It doesn't look too old or dilapidated.

I don't know who owns it and I don't know what to do with it. Can I have it towed? Can I sell it?

I'd prefer to sell it and make back what she owes me and help offset this terrible month.

I have a guy that handles all my car stuff for in a 5 county area. Know him 30+ years and has never dropped the ball.

Send me a PM and I'll give you Steve's contact info
