I had a tenant call me tonight ,asked me what I am going to do if the electric goes out in the up coming storm .  I told him if my electric goes out I have a generator .  He says " no what are you going to do for us ? "   Well I could call the electric company and report it for you .  Besides that there isnt anything I can do .   "What about your generator ?"   I told him If he was worried about it go buy one , my generator is for me .

Told the guy , have blankets , fill the tub with water , have flashlights . if the electric goes out and it gets cold , open all the faucets to drain down the house . And if it goes on too long find a hotel on your dime .
