Small claims lawsuit in sold LLC property

I recently sold a 6-unit property that was held in LLC with no other properties in that LLC. There is now only a small amount of cash (less than $1000) left in LLC. I owned the property for 11 months. A disgruntled tenant is trying to sue me in small claims. Also attempted to blackmail me via text and requested $3000 "hush" money for cancellation of lawsuit. Their claim was cockroaches and mental distress. They were harassing me by text so i blocked them. I have a number of people to back me up in their false claims, including my property manager and my R/E agent. Do they have a case? Can they sue me outside of LLC?

They're just taking a shot in the dark....ignore it until you get something in writing you need to respond to.
