Have Cash Buyer for Leased Homes, looking for landlord list?

Does anyone know a good source list to contact landlords? I have a buyer that in is several markets nationwide wanting to purchase pre-leased homes.  I want to start a mailing campaign to find these sellers...anyone have a good idea where to start?
