What to do during insurance claim and bad weather?

Despite being a very gentle winter on the east coast, the past month has caused me several headaches.  The problem I am dealing with now is the following;

About 3 weeks ago, my area had an excessive snow fall over 30+ inches.  This caused one of my properties sun room roof to bow.  It is now leaking very noticeably in the middle of the room.  I called the insurance guy, and they have sent an adjuster.  I am working with them currently to get the issue fix.  The insurance company agreed this was a legitimate claim and will pay for the repairs.  After I knocked all the snow off, the roof stopped leaking.  However, this morning we had a lovely ice/rain storm.  So now the sun room is leaking excessively again.  The tenant sent me a video.  My question is what to do in the interim?  I told her I will send my guy out to place a tarp on top of the roof.  She is aware of the situation and has been very reasonable.  My concern is the sun room might not be fixed for a couple of months, depending on how quickly this process is.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Christian
