Tenant's business pays residential rent & other business issues

I have a no business clause in my lease and the tenant basically takes phones calls for his business from home when he is there but does not see clients there.  The nature of the business is travel related so he travels a lot too.   I considered what he did  a lot like working from home and in principal that by itself does not make him running a business from home so I was ok with it.  However I noticed now that I am getting rent checks from the business. I also note that he has the apartment on his website for a mailing address.  This tenant is coming up for renewal and I am thinking about any lease related changes that might be needed.  I was not aware that he listed the residential address on his website. This is a multi family if it matters.  I  was thinking of running it by the insurance agent but wondering if anyone here has any thoughts to add.  Have you run up against this issue?
