Question about a lease.

hi there I have been in real estate for a few years now but have never had this problem come up and kinda wondering how to handle the situation.  Last month I had to fight to get rent from one of my apartments and when I finally did I found out one of the people on the lease moved to a different town. The lady's son who is also on the lease would like to stay in the apartment but add his girlfriend to the lease because she is on probation and needs to be on it to live there.  Now I hear from neighbors that her Probation Officer was doing a check to approve her to live there and found drugs and caked in the drug task force to search the apartment.  Now the one who had the drugs wasn't either of them but a friend who was staying there so I have heard.  Well the Lease just came up as of today.  Do I have to renew the lease and if not do I still have to file eviction to get them out since it is up? Any insite would be great. Thank you
