Asbestos siding

I just acquired a property through a tax sale and took possession of it yesterday.  Thankfully it was a good surprise what I thought was two beds one bath ended up being three beds with two full baths, living room, dining room and an added on huge family room.

My once concern is I think the siding may have asbestos in it.  The siding is however in great shape and there isn't any damage issues with it.  What disclosures will I need to get signed in the state of Missouri if there is indeed asbestos in the siding and should I even get it tested or just disclose that it might be there....anyone's thoughts are welcomed and appreciated on this topic.
