Atlanta PM Charging for Tenant Placement and Monthly Fee?

Hey BP,

I've got some properties in Atlanta and some of the PM's i've approached charges for both the tenant placement (one month rent) plus the usual 8-10%.  Is this the norm in Atlanta?  One of the reasons given is because Atlanta is so spread out.
