So you want to be a landlord?
How did you spend your Easter Sunday morning? I spent mine snaking out a sewer line at one of our rentals. No chance I'm going to call a plumber on Easter Sunday! Why do these things never happen on a Tuesday at noon? :-) It all worked out fine, but this is the sort of thing you don't see so much of on BP, so I felt the need to share. Happy Easter everyone!
