rental in 55 +

There is a little 2/2 condo unit I saw that I am interested in.  The numbers seem good, but does anyone have experience renting in South Florida to the 55+.  The Condo only will allow 55+.  I thought about seasonal rental but they don't allow multiple turnovers.
