Rooms for Rent Advertising
I recently acquired a 4 bedroom home and I plan on living in the master bedroom while renting out the rest of the rooms.
What I would like to do is list 2 or 3 of the rooms.
Are there any issues if I were to advertise having 2 bedrooms rented out for $600/room and have 3 bedrooms priced at $550/room? My thought was to incentivize a group of 3 to go in together to save them some funds.
I am in the baby stages of owning a home. Feedback would greatly be appreciated.
